Production & Processing Because every piece from RISEN is crafted to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your item is dispatched. Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

Estimated Delivery Times Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier demand or customs processing.

  • Canada & USA: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Important Notes

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
