Returns & Exchanges Policy

Quality Guarantee At RISEN, every piece is custom-printed to order to ensure the highest quality. Because we do not hold pre-printed inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect sizing, or color preference. We encourage you to consult our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Misprinted Items We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us at contact@wearrisen.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.

  3. Our team will review the claim and, if approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be produced and shipped at no additional cost to you.

Note: Please do not ship items back to us without first contacting support, as we may not be able to process returned items sent to our office.

Refunds Because all items are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for issues caused by incorrect sizing or buyer preference. If a replacement for a damaged item is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
