Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive? Because every RISEN garment is crafted to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your item is dispatched. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days for Canada/USA, 10–20 for Europe, and 14–30 for the rest of the world. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.

What about customs and duties? For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs at checkout.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do? Please ensure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order. RISEN is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately at contact@wearrisen.com, though we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been accepted.

Products & Returns

Can I return or exchange my order? We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color preference. We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guide before purchasing.

Will the shirt look exactly like the photos? We strive for accurate representation, but please note that colors and textures may vary slightly due to individual screen settings and the nature of our vintage/snow-wash processes.

What if my item is damaged or misprinted? We stand by our quality. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email contact@wearrisen.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no cost. Please do not ship items back to our office without prior authorization from our support team.
